Hagelloch is located amidst fruit orchards at the southern border of Schönbuch, about 5 km north west of the centre of Tübingen. The village is connected with the local city transport, and can be reached from the federal road B 28 direction Herrenberg via county road K 6914. The train station "Tübingen Main Station" is 6 km away. Good restaurants are inviting destinations during hikes through Schönbuch.
