A timber-frame building of the 14th century with a nice staircase and "Sprachhaus" on the brook (medieval WC). The house was once the domicile of women working in charity, so-called "Klausnerinnen", the "nuns".

After the reformation in 1543 it became the home of Leonhard Fuchs, professor of medicine and botany, for whom the plant Fuchsia was named. He created the first botanical garden in Tübingen next to his house.
